The Manufacturing industry is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Permanent CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent CNC Machinist, your daily tasks will include:
1.
Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to ensure the production of high-quality parts.
2.
Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and plans to understand the specifications and requirements of the product.
3.
Using precision measurement tools to verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications.
4.
Calibrating and adjusting the CNC machine settings to keep the machine running at optimal conditions.
5.
Operating lathes, grinders, mills, and other manual or computer-controlled machines used in the production process.
6.
Monitoring the feed and speed of machines during the machining process and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient production.
7.
Programming machines according to the design and specifications of the product.
8.
Troubleshooting machine malfunctions and performing basic repair tasks.
9.
Ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess the following
Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years' experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role in the Manufacturing industry.
2.
Proficient in operating CNC machines and other machining tools such as lathes, mills, and grinders.
3.
Excellent ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
4.
A keen eye for detail and precision in completing technical tasks.
5.
Extensive knowledge of machine programming and setup.
6.
Strong understanding of the properties of metal and other materials used in manufacturing.
7.
Ability to use precision tools to take accurate measurements.
8.
Exceptional ability to follow all safety procedures and protocols.
9.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
10.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
